Skyloft Suites

For PG owners

Fill your empty beds. Pay only when someone moves in.

List your PG with Skyloft Suites for free. We bring you visitors looking for a stay in Mohali, and you pay a one-time fee only for the ones who take a room.

  1. Step 1

    We list your PG

We visit, take your details, rooms and rent, and put your PG on our website and search.

  2. Step 2

    We send you visitors

Students and working people book a visit with us. We fix the time with you on WhatsApp; each visitor brings a visit code.

  3. Step 3

    You pay once, on move-in

Only when someone we sent takes a room: half a month's rent (50%), one time. Nothing for visits, nothing every month.

What you get

  • Free to list. No monthly charges, no subscription.
  • You keep running your PG your way: rent, deposit, food and rules stay yours.
  • Your phone number and exact address are shared only with visitors we've arranged.
  • If a tenant we sent leaves within 30 days, we find a replacement for free.

The fee and terms are agreed with you in a short written agreement before your PG goes live. Visitors we introduce are covered for 180 days from their visit request.
